Exercise Foam Block. This is the perfect foam block for elevating the hips for seated hamstring stretches, or otherwise engaging the correct muscles for many Essentrics exercises. Unlike smaller, standard yoga bricks, this one is the perfect size to sit on.
Consider buying two! Keep one in your bag for class, and have another one for stretching at home. Or buy a pair for side-by-side placement in seated exercises, or for stacking double. Lightweight and just the right density for comfort and support.
Theraband Latex Resistance Band. These are helpful when doing seated stretches. If you have tight muscles, the band acts as an extension to add resistance or assist with release during certain floor stretches. You’ll be happy to have this stretchy, but not too stretchy, band if you have tight muscles.
Donut Cushion. This soft foam cushion is great for those who may feel discomfort while lying on their sides/hips during floor work. (Recommended size: 18″)
